Well, today was the last day of school. I'm writing this entry from the comfort of my cluttered room. Why? I woke up a bit late, and didn't leave right away to school. I get to my car, and the battery seemed to be dead. The same thing happened last night, and I had to call my dad to help me out. This morning, I found out it was just that the connection from the battery to the car. This took only a couple of minutes to fix, but the damage was done when it added to the pile of minutes wasted in getting ready to leave. I started driving, and I kept looking at the clock in my car. By the time I would get to school, and walk up to the classroom that Botany is in, I would have maybe ten minutes of class left. There's just no point in driving all the way there for that (at least that's how I felt), so I turned around and went back home. This way, I can take my mom to the store and pick up some materials for a haku lei that I asked her to make for me. Well, not for me, but for me to give to my friend, the hot girl café worker at Borders :) Another of my friends at work said she always wanted a haku lei, so I told her I would ask if my mom could make one for me. I'm going to need to get some materials for it. For any mainlanders who are reading this, and don't know what a haku is, it's a flower and fern, or dried plants and leaves, lei that you wear on your head. Hopefully, I'll finish at least one of them today. Finals next week. Yay. I might start work full-time next week, or I may start the week after Finals. I'm supposed to start the week after Finals, but I may ask to start next week, since the only day I have a final on is Friday, which is my usual day off anyway.
